Villa with pool in Örebro

Bring the whole family or why not bring two families to our spacious villa with pool and private garden in Örebro. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. You can easily reach Örebro city center with, among other things, Örebro Castle, Open Art, Gustavsvik's adventure pool, mini golf courses, Sörbybacken's high-altitude tracks and the city park/Wadköping by bike, bus or car. Bike distance about 10-15 minutes to the city. We have 4 adult bikes and 1 24-inch children's bike that you are welcome to borrow. The space The house consists of 2 floors Ground floor with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room in an open plan and toilet with shower. Upstairs with 3 bedrooms, toilet with bath and a small living room perfect for the kids! First floor - Living room: Fireplace, TV, Apple TV, Wii, board games -Dining area: Dining area with 6 fixed seats, in addition to an extension and 4 extra chairs. There are 3 junior chairs and a high chair available -Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you could need, including a Moccamaster coffee maker, Toaster, Waffle iron, Airfryer. - Bedroom 1: Double bed 180cm. Large floor space that easily accommodates extra mattress and/or travel bed - Bedroom 2: Double bed/Sofa bed Hemnes 160cm Upstairs - Smaller living room with TV, Nintendo, Board games - Bedroom 3: Bed 120 cm spring mattress. Large room where you can easily fit an extra mattress/travel bed if required. - Bedroom 4: Bed 120 cm spring mattress. Large room where you can easily fit an extra mattress/travel bed if required. - Bedroom 5: Bed 120 cm spring mattress. Outside, you will find our pool, large pool deck and veranda for lovely outdoor meals. We also have a large oval trampoline that works for big and small, maximum weight 150 kg! In the outdoor shed, you will find badminton rackets, nets, soccer, volleyball, kubb, exercise bikes, etc.! Other things to note Bed linen and towels are the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking (even outdoors) and no pets due to severe allergies in the family. Cleaning is provided by the guest, equipment is available in the house. Pool cleaning is provided by the homeowner.
