La Casa de la Acacia (CAO) is a family project located in the center of town, renovated and always respecting rustic and modern architectural details at all times. It has 100Mb Fiber WIFI The space This charming 3-story country house offers you, on the ground floor, a cozy hall that leads to the terrace with a usable barbecue. On the first floor, you will find a kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, and other kitchen utensils, and the living room that has a large wood-burning fireplace, all open concept. As well as a full bathroom with all the necessary necessities (hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo) and a bedroom with a large window that offers incredible views of the valley. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the first bedroom you will find the bed and a small window that can be opened with direct access to the roof (not accessible). The other bedroom has another bed with a large balcony overlooking the wonderful landscape. All rooms have a Queen Size double bed (150x200 cm). In the middle, you will find the bathroom that serves the two bedrooms and also has everything you need. All beds have bed linens and memory foam mattresses. In addition, all bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with radiator heating. Guest access You have full use of the house. There is a swimming pool in the village for €5/person all day only in summer season. In the surrounding countryside you can practice different activities such as hiking, enduro cycling, snow sports, swimming in the Mijares River and stargazing.
