The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. On 3 acres, bring your boat, friends, and family to explore the Jefferson area. Lake of the Pines is about 15 minutes away and Lake Caddo is about 25 minutes away. your boat will be safe behind a large locked privacy fence. Downtown Jefferson is about 7 minutes away! Inside there are 3 spacious bedrooms, lots of seating, and large dining room table. Find games in the front room for adults only and kid friendly ones too! The space Once inside the gate, the full property is fenced in. There is plenty of space for a boat turn around. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with large closets and dressers for your items. The front two rooms both have queen beds. The back largest bedroom has a king bed. The living room sofa turns into a bed which can fit one if not two people on it. The chaise lounge lifts up which has a comforter and the middle part pulls out to make a bed. There are extra blankets, sheets, and pillows for your comfort. The living room has seating and games for families. After a day of fishing, come back to the large kitchen that has all your kitchen needs, including coffee, toaster oven, baking utensils, pot, pans, and much more. There is a reverse osmosis water facet in the kitchen for great drinking water. The dining room has plenty of seating and a beautiful old wood burning stove. Down the stairs behind the wood stove, you have access to the laundry/mud room. Use that area to clean off after a day of adventuring. There is an additional bathroom with shower that was not included in the listing because it is not enclosed. The sliding glass door opens to the outside car port. The sauna is working and ready for you to use. Guest access Guests will have full access to the 3 acre property. The house is on the middle acre with an acre to the north and south. Other things to note Please be aware that this property is in the country and heavily wooded. You will encounter bugs and wildlife. Deer are seen often in the fall time. If you are bringing pets, there is a small gap under the gate to the highway . Small pets may be able to get out and you may want to keep them leashed. Also, please note this house is on a major highway that does have traffic noise at all hours. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
