Host’s Area ⚠️ Near the living area, there is a partitioned bedroom 🛌 with a twin bed, separated by a divider at night. This is part of my personal space and is not available for sharing. The partitioned bedroom is separated from your room by the kitchen and does not restrict your access. A pathway with automatic lights ensures you can easily access the kitchen or come and go freely. Please do not book if this setup is a concern for you. 4. Parking ‼️Please confirm with me at the time of booking if you need a parking spot and let me know your estimated time 🕒 of arrival. Parking is located in the basement (P1) with fob access. I’ll meet you at the garage entrance to open the gate and direct you to your spot. 5. Laundry If you’re busy during the day and don’t have time to wait for your laundry, just let me know! Simply place your clothes in the provided laundry basket and leave it outside the laundry room. I’ll be happy to take care of the washing and folding for you during the day. 6. Amenities The Game room (8 a.m. - 10 p.m.) and Cinema room (9 a.m. - 10 p.m.) are free, but advance booking is required. Just let me know, and I’ll be happy to make the bookings for you! The swimming pool 🏊🏻 is 1-minute walk (90 m) away, located at the St. Lawrence Community Recreation Centre. There are dedicated hours for both Lane Swim and Leisure Swim daily (6:15 a.m. - 9 p.m.). 7.
