A small tool shed on the property and the garage are not accessible. Other things to note Tallahassee is currently experiencing a severe drought, causing the lake directly in front of the property to become separated from the larger chain of lakes. As a result, kayaking directly from the property is temporarily not possible. However, the FSU Lakefront Park & Retreat Center is just a 5-minute drive away and offers sailboat and kayak rentals on the largest lake in the chain.
