Description
This spacious room, in a rambling Old Rectory built by the 11th Duke of Bedford in 1904, is a perfect place for a peaceful stay. Walk around the garden, take a stroll by a stream along a goyle and wander around a young food-forest. Situated on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near the Iron Age Hembury hillfort, and only 12 miles from the regency town of Sidmouth on the south coast. Breakfast is included (see photo). Supper available too (extra charge). The space The rooms are very large and have huge windows, so there is lots of natural light. Guest access As well as your ensuite room, you'll have access to the large kitchen and 5 acres of outside space. This includes an acre of young food-forest that we started planting in 2018, along with around 500 trees. During your stay We'll be on-hand to help you with any reasonable requests while you stay here.
