Bolton Manor comes with everything you could need, as well as 145 feet of lakefront, 45 feet of a private sandy beach, a large flat yard, a movie theater, a gym, a bar, a pub room, a game room, and four dock spaces. As you walk into the main door, you will be in awe of the resort-style architectural design and spacious layout. The main floor features a smaller living room with a piano that leads into a 1,600-square-foot open-concept living room with stunning panoramic views of Lake George everywhere you look. This expansive room boasts three distinct living areas: an oversized sectional with two bar tables overlooking the lake, a cozy TV area with a fireplace and wet bar with an ice maker and wine fridge, and a round dining table for six alongside another stone fireplace. Off of this room is the exercise room with a stair climber, rogue air bike, and more. As you walk through the arched entry into the kitchen, you will find a dining room table seating 8, a breakfast nook that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace, and perfect views as you cook up your favorite meal. This gourmet kitchen has a 6-burner range, two dishwashers, two sinks, reverse osmosis filtered water, a large center island, a wine rack, and a TV. From here, you walk out onto the lakeside balcony that runs the entire length of the house and features a cabana, fireplace, BBQ grill, wine fridge, and plenty of seating areas. Next to the kitchen is a half bath. On the North wing of the main floor, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and a full bath, while the other features a queen bed with a full bath. The South wing of the main floor features a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Attached to this bedroom with its own private entrance is another bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. In the hallway, you will find the laundry room and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The last bedroom on the main floor is the master king bedroom with a four-poster bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet, a walk-out balcony with furniture, and a master bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in rain shower. The upstairs features a kid's den with a full-length window overlooking the lake and two bedrooms on either side. Each bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a workspace area, and a half bath. The lake level is the perfect place to spend the day making memories. Right as you walk down the stairs you will find a ping pong and air hockey table, and an additional refrigerator.
