Come relax at this lake house escape with an onsite hot tub and firepit, as well as access to Arrowhead Lake amenities including beaches, pools and so much more. This recently built home still has that new home, fresh and clean feel with the coziness of the well established grounds. There is a happy place for everyone in your party! The space This home has an open floor concept, allowing for friends and family bonding, as well as a separate sunroom when you need a little alone time. You can enjoy a good book or cup of coffee (or both!) on one of the 2 porches in the warmer months or by the fireplace in the cooler months. With 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms there is enough room for your family or a couple of friends. Guest access You will have access to all of the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) amenities. With 3 pools and 4 sand beaches you will have lots of options for your sunny spot. The community also has fishing, canoeing, a game room, a billiards room, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts and lots of playgrounds. At the rental shack, you will be able to rent paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, bocce balls, horseshoes and tennis rackets. And be sure to check out the ALCA website before staying to see what events are happening during your stay and join in on the fun!! Entrance to the Arrowhead Lake Community does come at a cost. The community fees will be requested and collected after booking. These fees are mandatory fees that are required by the community for all rentals. If you are expecting any day guests please be sure to let me know as the community fees will apply to them as well. No one will be permitted within the community without prior registration. Since these fees are dependent on the size of your party, they are not included in the listing price. Please see the breakdown of fees below: -Administration - $20 per rental registration (one time fee) -Vehicle Gate Access Card - $20 (one time fee per vehicle; max 3 vehicles) -Temporary Membership Daily Rate (In Season) - $8.50 per person per night for ages 6 & up -Temporary Membership Weekly Rate (In Season) - $42.50 per person per week (5-7days) for ages 6 & up -Temporary Membership (Off Season) - $2 per person per night for ages 6 & up All guests must be registered with the Arrowhead Lake Community 5 days in advance, this includes day guests. Additional information about your party and vehicles will be requested and required to complete this registration. Thank you for your understanding! Other things to note This is a pet friendly house but limited to one small (<25lb) dog. Please be sure to add your pet to the party when booking to include your dog in the reservation and the $150 pet fee.
