The space The Stone Suites are part of Villa Kotseli, a traditional terraced Cycladic stone house built into the landscape. The property is connected entirely by external stone paths and staircases, typical of historic island homes, allowing each level to remain independent, quiet, and private. The elevated position of the Stone Suites offers light, views, and a strong connection to nature, while preserving the intimate feel of a traditional village home. 1. Parking & Entrances Upper Parking Area: Parking is available in the upper part of the property, providing direct access to the Stone Suites via a traditional external stone path. Note: There are no shared indoor entrances. Access is entirely external, in keeping with the traditional architecture. 2. The Stone Suites (Two Private Levels): Upper Level – Bedrooms & Bathroom Quiet, cool, and full of character. Views: Open views over the sea, the valley, and year-round sunsets. Lower Level – Kitchenette & Outdoor Dining Simple, relaxed island living. Kitchenette: Designed for light cooking, snacks, and drinks. Outdoors: An outdoor table just outside the kitchenette, perfect for breakfasts, simple meals, or evening drinks in the open air. The two levels are connected externally, preserving privacy and the authentic Cycladic layout. 4. Outdoor Spaces (Shared – Villa Guests Only) Pool: Shared only between Villa Kotseli guests. Sunset Terraces: Spacious terraces for evening drinks while watching the sun set over the Aegean. Garden: A natural, layered garden extending downhill toward forested land, a natural spring, and the valley. The atmosphere is calm, green, and deeply peaceful. Guest access You can easily park near the house and access the property through the main entrance, which grants you access to the three levels. The pathways are well-lit with automatic lighting, ensuring easy and convenient access at any time. Shared bathroom: The two bedrooms are connected by one shared bathroom. Outdoor connections: All levels are accessed from the outside; there are no internal corridors or stairs.
