Udder Barn ‘Out Back & Beyond’

‘Out Back and Beyond’ - sometimes the most productive thing you can do is to relax, so for fast-acting relief try slowing down with us at Udder Barn. Converted dairy parlour set in a remote, quiet area in rural Lincolnshire. Throughout the summer months a swim in our pool will help towards the unwinding process! Relax, Refresh and Refocus Please note only service pets allowed. The space Udder Barn is on the east side of our property. Large entrance hall - floor to vaulted ceiling leading through to open plan kitchen/dining area. Table with four charges. Electric oven, propane gas hob, microwave, Tefal Dual Easy Fry ( 2x drawer) toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Window facing east across open fields. Downstairs double bedroom, window to the north. Downstairs wet room with shower, sink and toilet, extractor fan, heated towel rail and small window. Stairs leading to twin room (2 x single beds) can be made up to a super king sized bed. Velux window to the north, and window to the east. Walkway to mezzanine sitting room, two x 2 seater settee, west facing bi-fold door with internal blinds, glass Juliet balcony and Velux window to the north. Freeview television in kitchen, twin room and sitting room. Blueray DVD in sitting room and upstairs twin room. Netflix available on sitting room tub. Library of DVD’s to choose from. Internet/WiFi available Please note we really are ‘out back and beyond’ and our internet isn’t as fast as towns and cities it works fine for phones/tablets and laptops. Assortment of board games, scrabble and cards. Large garden size chess set for indoor/outdoor. Outside: parking for two cars. Table with four chairs, two sun loungers, three seater bench and two chairs with small table. Cushions are provided (as we are in the Fens we store the cushions if not they tend to blow across the fields!) Heated pool area: Depending on the weather we open it April/May through to September/October. Please ask before booking if you intend to use our pool. Glass surround balustrade, gated. Shower/toilet/sink in a changing room. Swing chair (with canopy) four x sun lounges, sun umbrella available if not too windy. Seating area available outside pool area with table. NO GLASS OR SHARP OBJECTS IN OR AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL PLEASE. Washing machine with liquid/conditioner and tumble dryer are located in an outside building near the pool area. Guest access Wheel chair access to downstairs only. Other things to note We have the Internet/Wi-Fi in Udder Barn. It isn’t super fast but it will allow you to use your phone/tablet or laptop and Netflix on the television. We have available a high chair and a travel cot for young infants. We do not have bedding for the cot, guests must provide their own. Young children must be watched if out and about on our property. It is not enclosed and there are large dykes, usually with a degree of standing water. Children must be accompanied at all times whilst in the pool area.
