Bedroom with Desk & Monitor

A perfect room to stay during your business or leisure trip. The room has a single bed and a desk with a monitor. There is a bathroom for you to use just outside your room. It’s a full bath with a bathtub and a shower. The house is conveniently located couple of minutes from US 101, at 15 to 30 minutes drive to Bay Area Tech companies. The space The room has a single bed , an office desk and chair and a monitor. Bathroom is a full bath with bathtub and shower ,located just outside the room and will be only for use by Airbnb guests. It is a shared bathroom but if our other room is not occupied by Airbnb guests during your stay , this will be completely yours. The kitchen can be used lightly (for microwaving , toasting , storing in the fridge ) We have pet dogs but the room and bathroom are dog free. Please let us know in case you would not prefer to interact/ see the dogs during your stay. This can be enabled easily. Feel free to message with any questions you may have about the space. We are an easy going married couple , who love to host. Feel free to let us know your preferred way of interaction. If you would like complete privacy , we understand and will not be in your way :) In case you would prefer to have a private bathroom this can be arranged provided the other room is not already booked. Please note that we do have two dogs . In case you are allergic or would prefer to not interact with them, please let me know in advance so that we can plan accordingly. 2. My husband and I are living in the house. It’s a spacious home so we will definitely not be in your way. 3. Please let me know your “kitchen use” preference: please note that the default rule (mentioned in the listing) is to use it lightly (reheat , toast , fridge). In case you would like to use the kitchen for something else , please message. 4. The bathroom is a shared bathroom. (As seen on the listing details : Shared with Airbnb guest from another room ) . If you happen to be the first to book (other room is not yet booked ) , you may request to guarantee a private bathroom for a nominal additional charge. Please message for details. (In this case we will block the dates for the other room ) 5. Plenty of Street parking is generally available . In case you are not able to find any , please let me know , and we can arrange to park in our driveway. 6. Please let me know your check-in and check-out time range , to help me plan better.
