The space The house Approx. 180 sqm of living space on three floors on the ground floor, 1st floor and a small attic - perfect for 1-6 people The kitchen Our living-dining kitchen is equipped with an oven and a gas stove with five cooking pits. Dishwasher, a large fridge, kettle and toaster, as well as sufficient dishes and glasses are available for vacation cooking pleasure. The living room The spacious living room is equipped with sofa, two armchairs and an Eames lounge chair, in case the evening cannot be lived outdoors by way of exception. The bedrooms The Masseria di Matraia has three bedrooms on the upper floor, two with double beds and one with two single beds that can be put together. From all windows you have the fantastic wide view of the landscape. Attic attic attic In the attic there is a sofa bed, either for the TV evening or unfolded for your guests. The bathrooms The two bathrooms are each equipped with a toilet and bidet as well as a shower or bathtub. The open kitchen Behind the house, overlooking the olive groves, there is an outdoor kitchen, with wood-burning stove (cannot be used in summer because of the fire hazard) and electric grill. The utility room In a separate utility room, there is a washing machine (operated with mountain water from its own source) and the heating. The hot water is essentially obtained with solar energy, the heating performance is additionally heated by the fireplace heating and only on cold dark days is additionally heated with gas.
