You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a granite top breakfast bar. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, TV, a small dining table and additional clothing storage dresser. A community washer/dryer is available in the building. You need to walk pass unit #2 and to the right there is a closet door with a keypad that requires a code to enter in. These properties have a small wood stove making them very cozy. Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply. The La Choumine building is a great location within a short walk to the ski slopes and all Teton Village has to offer. Guests staying here enjoy complimentary use of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi located just a short walk from their accommodations. **Please Note: Condo and building premises are now smoke-free. This skier’s paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets’ Couloir, has long been known for its’ steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn’t end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage. Other things to note 2 people maximum--445 sq. ft. studio-sized condo. Parking is limited to one vehicle with permit required. Plan ahead as there is no overflow parking. Firewood is not permitted, but compressed fire logs are supplied in winter. Laundry room has has a single washer/dryer set and is shared between 4 units. This unit does not have A/C. Unit has access to Sundance Swim & Tennis Club during peak seasons--Summer: Memorial Day to End of Sept.; Winter: Opening Date to Closing Date.
