Our treehouse home places you eye to eye with many creatures; 4 species of monkeys, toucans, and scarlet macaws to name a few. Walk just 50 meters on our 3 acre beachfront property to a quiet beach with an awesome wave. We are one of the few homes in the area walking distance to the local bar/restaurant and are completely off grid ! This quaint studio treehouse with loft bed is literally amongst the trees of the jungle. With a full size kitchen, this home is cozy but equipped to cook up whatever your heart desires ! Keep in mind that the bed is a Loft bed (queen size) and you will need to climb up and down a ladder. You will be 100 feet from the ocean and can walk down the path to the beach ! Our family lives on the property full time so we will be able to accommodate any special requests you might have during you stay or guide you towards local adventures. We love meeting new people and are happy to answer any questions or provide information to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible ! Carbonera is a little pocket of beachfront property in the Osa. It is walking distance to the only bar/restaurant in town as well as the pan dolce and backwash surf breaks. Our property has direct access (2 min walk on the beach to the right ) to an incredible river for dipping in to cool off. You will want to have a 4x4 vehicle for your stay here in the Osa. The roads can be challenging and are often full of potholes. We are lucky in that our location is walking distance to two popular surf breaks as well as the only bar restaurant in the area :) Keep in mind that because we are located within walking distance to the bar/restaurant and there is a DJ every Friday night, we can hear the music from our house. Our motto is “if you can’t beat them join them “ so we hang out at the bar for a few hours every Friday and then the music tapers off around 11pm
