The space Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! The space is equipped with all the amenities of home. Spacious kitchen with all the basics. Large dining table and living room area. Washer/dryer closet. Two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, large closet, and en suite full bath. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen sized bed. Additional full bath located off the main hallway. Small patio with dining table for two located in the rear of the condo. **Heightened concern surrounding the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We apply strict cleaning protocols, washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting our space after each guest stay. Neighborhood: Quiet condo community, multiple condo buildings and single family homes in the complex. Airbnb guests are NOT permitted in the pool/hot tub/gym areas and a key to these areas will not be provided. This is per the rules of the association and there are no exceptions. Guest access *Please respect any locked cabinets/doors. *Guests have a private entrance at the back of the unit. *Parking available in the driveway behind the unit (garage parking not available for guests) Additional free parking on the street on a first come first serve basis. *Checkin is at 5:00pm via the lockbox. Code and other helpful information provided 12-24 hours prior to checkin. Other things to note We take great pride in our newly re-designed condo. We ask guests to be honest in booking information regarding number of occupants/reason for stay. Occupancy limited to 4 adults MAX. We reserve the right to ask any guest over the 4 listed in your stay to leave immediately or we will assess an extra fee. We will also assess an extra fee for any guest over the 4 listed in your stay who we suspect spends the night. 5 guests only allowed if the 5th guest is a child under age 12. There is a strict no pets and no party policy. If you bring an unauthorized animal we reserve the right to assess an additional pet cleaning fee of $200. We strive for all 5 star reviews and want to give you one in return. If we see you do not follow this rule we will not be able to host you again and may ask you to leave the premises immediately without refund. ***This is not a party condo there are neighbors above and next to you in this unit be mindful - the following are strictly prohibited: parties/events, loud noises/music, smoking, drug use, and underage drinking. Violating these rules and the rules in the house manual will not be tolerated, all guests will be asked to vacate the premises if any one guest violates these rules. *If you must smoke do so OUTSIDE on the BACK patio area, DO NOT smoke on the front porch, this is considered a common area shared with other owners/renters in the building and smoking is not allowed on the front porch/steps.
