Le Betulle Studio 1 is a practical studio apartment perfect for your vacation or business or study stay, just a few minutes drive from Lugano, inside the Le Betulle residence in Origlio. The area is renowned for its green landscapes and the Origlio Lake. The space This small apartment is furnished with a single foldaway bed, a table where you can have lunch and dinner, which can also be used as a desk for work and study, a TV and a small kitchen equipped with the necessities for preparing meals. The bathroom with shower concludes the studio apartment. Each apartment has a small private garden furnished with small tables and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round. In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartments have a private outdoor car park.
