Our smoke and pet-free fitter's apartment/holiday apartment is located on the first floor. A shaded roof terrace invites you to linger on warm days. It is secured with a gate at the stairs. There is a soapstone stove for cozy hours in the living area. The Emsland can be explored very well by bicycle. After a few hundred meters, you are in the middle of the surrounding fields. Since we have 2 outdoor cats, it may be that they come to visit The space The living room, kitchen and dining area are located on about 42 sqm. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guest access The apartment also has a fenced garden area. On request we can provide a swivel grill
