We are 5 minutes from La Punta Beach, a step away from Callao Monumental, 10 minutes from Plaza San Miguel, close to Shopping Centers and Universities The space An American-style living room, from the window you receive the rays of the Sun and a partial view of the Pacific Ocean, likewise, from the main room a comfortable Queen, the living room has two sofas and one of them transforms into a 1 1/2 square bed for the third guest, we have hot water, kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, toilets, audio system and TV in excellent condition.
