Beautiful room with bathroom only for guests (2 of 2)

About a 10-minute drive to the beautiful town of Landsberg am Lech. Less than twenty minutes to Lake Ammersee (Inning). 10 km or just under 10 minutes by car to the nearest S-Bahn station to Munich. 6 min. drive or 5 km away in Kaltenberg there is a Rewe with an attached bakery and café (where you can also have breakfast). Whether on a short vacation, passing through or traveling for work: You wake up in the morning relaxed without car or neighborhood noise and still reach everything quickly. :) The space The house is located on the edge of the village and is surrounded by a large wild garden with meadow. The right thing for friends or couples traveling together, but who want separate beds or don't mind in between. (I also offer a second room with a double bed here on Airbnb.) Your guest room with two single beds 100 x 200 is located on the first floor. You will share this with other guests at most if my second guest room at the other end of the hall happens to be rented during the same period. The bathroom on the first floor is also available for guests only. Your towels are ready in the room. A kettle, coffee, assorted teas, mineral water, sugar and vegan coffee cream. In addition, of course, cups, plates and cutlery for two people. 6 km away in Kaltenberg there is a Rewe with bakery / café, an Aldi and the Rossmann drugstore. Inside the house, the rule is: no footwear with solid soles. Wooden floors have the advantage of never really being cold and in the bathroom there is also underfloor heating in winter. If you are one of the few people with extremely cold feet: Just bring warm socks. If necessary, I also have some there. ;) Guest access Your room on the first floor and the bathroom, which you only share with guests who may be present at the same time (which is rarely the case) Garden & terrace ________________ Upon request, if I am also at home (however, I can only tell you this 2-3 weeks in advance). The ground floor with the following rooms: - Kitchen: prepare more elaborate meals then please just briefly discuss with me in time so that we do not want to cook at the same time; only vegan / vegetarian food / dishes Kitchen use in the evening until 7 pm - Dining room - the lower bathroom with shower However, none of these rooms / places are available as a workplace / home office. During your stay When you arrive, I'll either be here and say hello to you in person or I'll give you the front door key. But I'll let you know beforehand and write you all the necessary information where you can find something if I'm not here. During your stay, I am happy to be available via messages if I am not here personally. Please only text messages and it may take some time for me to reply. Other things to note Please do not book for people under the age of 15 (toxic plants and unsecured pond in the garden).
