Cozy, large guest room (20 sqm) with a 160 x 200 cm bed, seating and a coffee machine. About a 10-minute drive to Landsberg am Lech or to the nearest S-Bahn station in Geltendorf. Just under twenty minutes to Lake Ammersee (Inning). A Rewe supermarket with an attached bakery and café is located 6 minutes by car or 5 km (3 miles) away in Kaltenberg. Whether for a short getaway or just passing through. You wake up relaxed in the morning without car or neighborhood noise and still reach everything quickly. :) The space The house is located on the edge of the village and is surrounded by a large wild garden with a meadow. Your guest room with a 160 x 200 cm bed and seating area is located on the second floor. This is clearly separated from the ground floor (where I am), and you will share it with other guests at most if my second guest room at the other end of the hall happens to be rented out during the same period. The bathroom on the second floor is also available for guests only and is located directly opposite the room. Your towels are provided in the room. A coffee pod machine, coffee pods, kettle, assorted teas, mineral water, and sugar. Also of course cups, plates and cutlery for two people. 6 km away in Kaltenberg there is a Rewe with bakery / cafe, an Aldi and the drugstore Rossmann. Guest access Your room on the first floor and the bathroom, which you only share with guests who may be present at the same time (but this is rarely the case) Garden & terrace ________________ Please indicate when booking if desired: Late afternoon / evening (except Thursdays) the first floor with the following rooms: - Kitchen: preparing meals; only vegan/vegetarian food/dishes Kitchen use in the evening until 7:30 p.m. - Dining room None of these rooms / places can be used as a workplace / home office. During your stay When you arrive, I'll either be here and say hello to you in person or I'll give you the front door key.
