Guest access The whole house, garage, and property is available to our guests for their enjoyment. Other things to note Ludden Lake is a 56 acre lake located in Iowa County, WI. It has a maximum depth of 14 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an additional $25 per pet/night. If you plan on bringing a pet and will be leaving the property, we ask that you either take your pet with you or kennel them while you're gone.
