The space Among our units, we have two spacious double suites, perfect for accommodating groups or families. Each unit has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind and is equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy the convenience of fully equipped kitchens and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your time with us. As a guest, you will have complimentary access to our coworking space on the first floor. Whether you need a quiet place to work or collaborate with others, our coworking space offers a productive environment for your professional needs. Furthermore, our terrace on the top floor boasts great views of the neighborhood. It serves as a relaxing oasis where you can unwind, socialize, or simply enjoy the surrounding scenery. With ample leisure space, you can make the most of your time outdoors and create memorable moments with your fellow guests. To cater to your practical needs, we offer a communal laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. You can conveniently take care of your laundry without the hassle of finding a laundromat elsewhere. Mario serves as our dedicated housekeeper and is available for assistance from 9am to 1pm, Mondays through Saturdays. His primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the shared areas of the building and tending to the plants. If you prefer not to handle the task of watering plants within your unit, we kindly request that you allow Mario access to do so, which will only require a few moments of your time. Additionally, he ensures that all guests adhere to the established rules and maintains a secure and harmonious environment.
