This one of a kind property is an absolute rustic charmer with all the amenities you will need. Its private, natural setting, nestled among tall trees and huge rocks that are part of the Canadian Shield. Pristine lake, perfect to swim, explore by canoe, or boat. Lake has gradual entry & makes it great for kids. Amazing south facing views for perfect sunshine all day and beautiful sunsets. You get to take a 5 minute boat ride on our 16 foot Aluminum Boat to this destination and RELAX and enjoy! The space Cottage is water front only 5 minutes from boat launch. 16 ft aluminum boat with 9.9 outboard push start motor, 4 adult life jackets, coffee maker/filters, toaster, microwave, Pampered Chef Quick Cooker, Pampered Chef Deluxe Grill and Griddle, gas BBQ on 400 sq ft deck with gazebo hard top covering includes bug netting & patio table overlooking lake views. You will have to provide boat licence upon renting. DUE TO LACK OF EXTRA SPACE WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS OR TOWELS. WE DO PROVIDE Dish cloth and Dish Towel, PILLOWS, DUVETS with a clean cover AND EXTRA BLANKETS. TV: There is a 42 inch SMART TV in the main cottage there is also a 42 inch smart TV in the bunkie both have access to Netflix and Prime. Music: There is a portable Bluetooth speaker that you can bring with you down to the water (the plugs are located against a tree at the bottom of the stairs). Books/Games: There are several books to read, feel free to take a book and leave a book for future renters to enjoy! Sleeps 4 in the cottage and 2 the bunkie. Seasonal bugs maybe present. Also watch for poison ivy and Poison Oak. Keep you eyes out for turtles, deer, bald eagles, wood peckers, grouse and many other types of nature’s guests. Guest access The launch is a shared area. You can park your vehicle here for your stay. Load our boat and head to the cottage. You must provide your boat license upon renting. Other things to note We supply drinking water, propane, gas for the boat, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo conditioner, body wash and garbage bags. You may have to change a water jug but it will be supplied and on site. You will have to follow the compost toilet instructions.
