Other things to note About this accommodation The size of the apartment is about 55 sqm2. The apartment is located in the attic on the 2nd floor in a beautiful family house and is accessible via the staircase. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bed is a sofa bed, so you can also convert it, should you not need a second double bed. The kitchen with dining area (table and four chairs) is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cups and cutlery. There is also a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and sodamax. A small selection of cleaning supplies and cloths are also provided. The bathroom is small but nice with a shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer is ready. Here prevails the most important thing - cleanliness! Since the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, you can happily use it in the summer when the temperature is higher. Transport and shopping facilities The S-Bahn stations (S-Bahn Priesterweg and / or S-Bahn Südende) are within walking distance. One walks in about 7-10 minutes to both stations. A bus stop (Kottesteig) is 3 minutes away. Other bus stops are in the immediate vicinity (Steglitzer Damm/Halskestr.) Grocery stores and supermarkets (Lidl, Nahkauf and bakery) are within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes). Location of the accommodation The location is not touristy. The house is located in the south of Berlin in the green, very idyllic and quiet. Due to the central location and the good public transport connections, you are quickly in the middle of Berlin. To Potsdamer Platz or Kurfürstendamm (the main street of West Berlin) you need only 15 - 20 minutes by S-Bahn or bus. The apartment is suitable for short and longer stays.
