Hikers Hideaway is perfect for enjoying the true Colorado experience. Tucked away in the most perfect small town, Palmer Lake, and yet close enough to Colorado Sprints attractions! Steps to the gorgeous Reservoir hiking trailhead, restaurants, the lake, and the park. You'll love the newly renovated features of the 3B/2.5b house and the old charm. Whether here for vacation or work the hot tub after a long day will be restorative. Our tankless water heater will allow for hot water for all. The space The entire home is for you and your guests. The hot tub will surely be a hit as well as the sweet reading nook under the stairs. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1 half bath are sure to make everyone comfortable. Cozy and yet bright and light. Pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for. Guest access Owner and Management take no responsibility for your use of the hot tub. Small children should be watched at all times. Other things to note Just a 20 minute drive to the U.S. Air Force Academy -25 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods -45 minutes from Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate -25 minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs -47 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport -1h5m from the Denver International Airport This is a no smoking/vaping/drug use property. We do not allow these activities in the home or on the property. Please use the driveway for parking or the gravel area in front of our lawn. Please do not park in the neighbors gravel area. Thank you! We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap. We hope that helps get you started but can’t guarantee it’s enough for your entire stay.
