The place is in an excellent location in Centreville, about 7 miles to IAD Airport, 3-5 min drive to Rt 66, close to plenty of shopping centers and restaurants. Approx. a 30 min drive to DC and 23 miles to DCA Airport. Great for solo and business travelers. Monthly stays available $1,270. The space The large private bedroom includes an attached bathroom with bathtub, clean towels, a comfortable mattress, 32"Tv with Chromecast, a mini fridge (upon request), big windows and plenty of sun light and a ceiling fan with remote control. Guest access *Note: Short-stay guests only occupy the bedroom on the second floor of the home. During your stay I greatly respect guests’ privacy and I am accessible through text or airbnb messaging when needed.
