2-room apartment near the lake

The apartment is located in a backyard, 300 m to the lake and in the middle of the old town. The train station is an 8-minute walk away and the fountain spa is down the street. Inside the apartment is a box spring bed and also a sofa bed. Thus, the apartment sleeps 4 people. A parking space is right in front of the house and the apartment is on the first floor, so it is at ground level.
