Quiet and cozy accommodation in a nice residential area

We rent out a newly renovated basement floor in our house with its own entrance and free parking space. The apartment is lightly furnished and sleeps up to 4 people. We live upstairs ourselves and do not rent out for parties or larger gatherings. We are looking for calm and responsible tenants who appreciate a safe and harmonious accommodation.
