5 km to the sandy beach of Haverdalsbuktens - Harplinge

The house is located in Harplinge with a quiet location. Bring a bike if you like moving. It is 5 kilometers/8 car minutes down to Haverdals Bay, which is an about 3 kilometer long sandy bay, shallow. You cycle down between the fields. Nice bike path into Halmstad. The house has a large everyday and dining room with room for coziness. There is also a sofa bed. New Ikea kitchen. Tables and chairs on the flat screened terrace in front of the house, where you can have coffee and barbecue. Two standard bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The space Entrance hall, guest toilet with washing machine, laundry room and water heater. To the right, you enter the living room which has a (bed)sofa and TV (German satellite), in the dining room part there is a dining table for 6-8 people. The IKEA kitchen has good standard with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a combined fridge and freezer. There is also a small dining area for 2-3 people. Bedroom 1 has two simple beds that can also be moved together to become a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is unusually large and has a double wash rack, two illuminated mirror cabinets, bathtub, shower cabin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has one queen size bed (180cm wide) and one closet. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller and is furnished with two single beds (90 cm wide). From the living room you have an exit to a paved sunny terrace of about 24 sqm to the southwest, a good barbecue area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire residential house and the garden. A few cabinets with personal stuff are marked/locked. Other things to note Haverdal Strand is next door to Tylösand/Frösakull and one of Sweden's best sand beaches on the west coast. Here you can go to SUP, sea kayaking, surfing, kita or what water sports you come up with. Haverdal also has a nice marina. Many amazing golf spots within 10 - 40 car minute distance. There is Pastry shop and country shop within 200 - 400m walking distance of the house.
