Hello! Our place is ideal for group stays - family trips, small events, or team workshops. You’ll have the entire suites plus a cozy family room in one private booking. We’re right in front of Jeju’s Aewol Seaside, one of the island’s most beautiful ocean views. The family room is oceanfront, perfect for relaxing or gathering together with a stunning view. Enjoy the sea breeze from our garden with outdoor seating. Each guest sleeps privately, but comes together for unforgettable moments. The space Welcome to your private group getaway by the sea! With this reservation, you’ll have exclusive use of 6 private suites and our stunning oceanfront family room—perfect for family trips, retreats, or small events. You’ll be the only guests here, so the entire space is completely yours to enjoy. Each guest can rest comfortably in their own private suite, while the family room is designed as your group’s central gathering space. It features a cozy living area, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen—all with breathtaking ocean views. Whether you’re cooking, chatting, or simply relaxing, it’s the perfect place to come together and connect. The family room accommodates up to 18 guests comfortably and is only available to groups who book the entire property—you’ll never be sharing it with other guests. Our 6 suites are designed for independent sleeping: * 3 suites have 2 queen beds (up to 4 guests each) * 3 suites have 1 queen bed (up to 2 guests each) That’s up to 18 guests, with optional extra bedding (topper + comforter) available. We charge 20,000 KRW per extra guest per night, with a maximum of 20 guests. Guest access # Family room Amenities & Use Guide ■ Coffee: De'Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, freshly ground beans, and welcome snacks provided. ■ Entertainment: 70-inch smart TV, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and water purifier. ■ Basic Seasonings: Cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. ■ BBQ: Grill, griddle, and charcoal available for 30,000 KRW. (Additional charcoal: 10,000 KRW) ■ Microphone: Penton Bluetooth microphone. ■ For families with babies: Two high chairs available upon request—please let us know in advance. Other things to note ♡ We’re happy to accommodate special needs ♡ - If your group includes an elderly guest or someone with mobility difficulties, we can offer a ground-floor bedroom with a private bathroom that is not included in this reservation. This ground floor room isn’t listed in the description, but we’re happy to prepare it in place of Suite 203 (or any other second floor suite) if requested in advance. It offers easier access and added comfort for guests who may need it. - If you'd like to add the ground floor room in addition to the 6 rooms, we charge a one-time cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW. - Out of our spacious 661㎡ (7,100 sqft / 200평) home, your group will have exclusive access to 500㎡ (5,380 sqft / 약 150평) of private indoor space, plus a beautiful ocean-view garden. We offer a topper mattress with a full bedding set for 20,000 KRW (laundry fee). --- ■ BBQ Grill Service Enjoy a BBQ in the ocean-view garden! Large grill with charcoal: 30,000 KRW Medium grill with charcoal: 20,000 KRW You can pay for this at check-in. --- ■ Early Check-in Early check-in is available only when the night before is unbooked. The fee is 40,000 KRW per hour (e.g. 1 PM check-in = 120,000 KRW). Please let me know at least a day before check-in if you'd like to request this. ■ For your comfortable stay, we provide light housekeeping, including trash collection and towel replacement, between 1 PM and 3 PM daily. If you’ll be inside during that time, just let us know—we’ll leave fresh towels on the first-floor sofa instead.
