We are a 15 minute walk from CU Boulder, a 20 minute hike to Chautauqua Park, two miles away from the famous Pearl Street Mall, and a short drive to some of the best sights the Colorado Rockies have to offer. The space This three bedroom, one bathroom home is completely stocked and furnished to relax, entertain, unwind, work, study, learn, explore, and enjoy. Please note, while we have many wonderful amenities, we do not have a washer and dryer. Many apologies for the inconvenience. We offer laundry pick up and drop off free of charge for guests staying 7 nights or more. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, front and back yard. Other things to note Our garage is reserved for our personal things and will not be available for use during your stay.
