The space Single-family home in a row completely renovated in 2020. 1st floor: Open solution kitchen/living room In the living room there is a big sofa and 65`TV with appletv where there is a subscription to HBO Max, Sky Showtime and Amazon Prime. Resident can log in with their own account on Netflix, Disney+ o.l if desired. Sound system in living room (Sonos) that is connected to TV but can also play music and connect with speaker in loft living room, bathroom and master bedroom. Modern kitchen which is well-equipped Direct exit to terrace from living room. Laundry rooms have both a washing machine and tumble. Bedroom1 has comfortable and hypoallergenic wall to carpet. Bed is 180x200cm. Walk-in wardrobe within bedroom, as well as small storage room with freezer at the bottom. Here there is 46`TV with Chromecast, sofa, fully adjustable gaming chair and desk with 2 pc screens as well as ethernet port Bedroom 4: Double bed and modern office desk with HEV/sink feature, ergonomic adjustable gaming chair and ethernet port. Possibility to connect to screens that are mounted on the HEV/lower desk. Is also your own desk and chair with a third screen used for console play. Loft living room: Open room to stairs.
