The space Open living space, newly renovated. Full access to the property and house, except for the garage and some closets/cabinets. House has central air, washer/dryer, and many amenities. House has large deck with outdoor furniture, as well as a secondary deck outside of the master bedroom. Guest access Guests have full access to the home & property except for the garage and some closets/cabinets. Guests also have access to Moodus Reservoir. Other things to note House has several kid beds, and is overall kid friendly. Motorboat on site is not available for usage. Canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks are fully available to guests. Lifevests must be worn at all times by anyone participating in water activities. To be noted: Moodus Reservoir, occasionally faces challenges with water quality, such as algae blooms or sediment accumulation. While these issues can affect the appearance and recreational use of the water, it is still safe to swim in if you are comfortable.
