A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. Guest access The Palmas del Mar Community: Located on the outskirts of San Juan, Palmas del Mar is a wonderful community surrounded by miles of beautiful beaches and upscale condos. You'll be just a few minutes away from local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets and outlet malls are a short 5–10 minute drive away. This is a gated community with 24/7 security, making it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. All residents and visitors must be identified at the guardhouse for entry. Before You Book: Important Details: We want to make sure your stay is as seamless as possible, so please read the following information carefully. Getting Here: We highly recommend renting a car for your stay as ride-sharing services are unreliable. Two assigned parking spaces are available per unit. If you don't rent a car, flat-rate taxis are an option from the airport, but surcharges may apply. Occupancy Rules: The condo management has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 people per unit, including babies. This policy is strictly enforced. All guest and visitor names must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to follow these rules may result in your reservation being canceled without a refund. Please Note: This unit requires guests to climb stairs. You have one parking spot available. Other things to note A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment.
