Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located on Lake Greenwood in South Carolina—perfect for families or couples looking for a fun-filled vacation or relaxing break. Lake access is right on our property, so you can easily swim, fish, boat, paddle using provided kayaks, or just enjoy the picturesque view. Additionally, our home features a private pool (May through Sep). End your evening relaxing around our fire pit roasting marshmallows, or sit on the deck overlooking the lake. The space The 1600 square foot home has an open great room with a 55" 4K Roku smart TV, a dining/game table, two cozy arm chairs in front of the gas fireplace, and a sitting area overlooking the lake. If you decide to prepare meals while on vacation, you'll love our fully stocked kitchen that is located in the great room along with everything else. We have a gas range, and the oven features an air fryer option. The fridge has cold, filtered water and ice on demand. You'll also have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. The King bedroom features spectacular views of the lake and an ensuite bathroom. There are plenty of dressers and a closet for storage. We especially enjoy the great water pressure in the shower which features multiple spray patterns from massage to rain. The Queen bedroom has been decorated with antiques to give it extra charm. It also has a 32" Roku smart TV. The shared bathroom is right next door. The Twin bedroom is quirky and fun and features a side table that opens to become a desk. No matter where you sleep, you'll enjoy the highly-rated Zinus memory foam mattresses. Outside we provide a dining area, grill, pool (open mid-May through mid-September), fire pit, lounge chairs, two kayaks (one child-size and two adult-size life vests), and a corn hole set. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house except for the owner's closet in the Twin room and the basement. Other things to note Our home is on a well and septic. We ask that you do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper. Our boat will generally be parked at our dock. We do not rent our boat, but there are boat rentals at nearby Twin Rivers. We provide one roll of toilet paper per day of stay in each bathroom , one roll of paper towels, and a trash bag for each day of your stay. We also provide a small bar of soap and liquid hand soap in each bathroom, as well as a couple detergents for dishes. Beware: The are no barriers to the pool or lake. We generally open the pool around the middle of May and close it around the middle of September.
