The entry to the apartment is controlled by a 'smart deadbolt lock', and will be opened at check-in time. For the most part, we like to give our guests space while they visit and refrain from interacting during their stay. We love our country living /neighborhood. There are three horse farms on our street and several historic orchards and settlements to explore nearby. A personal or rental car will be your best option. You can 'rideshare' to the house but there are limited options for things to do that are within walking distance. Our local jurisdiction's Short Term Rental License requires all names of occupants be given before check-in. We will also require a copy of drivers license or valid ID prior to check-in.
