Minimal furniture, but with everything you need, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area; It has a very intimate terrace on the upper floor of 7 square meters, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The space You will find yourself inside an ancient stone house, built in the mid-nineteenth century, located in a characteristic village of the "riviera dei fiori", a short distance from renowned tourist destinations (such as Sanremo), close to the beaches and the spectacular coastal bike path. A unique place for peace and beauty, nestled between the countryside of olive trees and the sea. Hyla's house, ideal for couples and families, has an east-west exposure that allows you to admire, to the east, the point where the sun rises from the sea, behind the Tuscan Apennines and, to the west, the point where it sets on the French coast. The conservative renovation has kept materials and shades of the original 19th-century stone, which has been left intact and which helps to maintain that country house flavor. Please note that in the winter, heating is not included in the rate. In the case of switching on the heaters, there is an additional flat-rate cost of €12/night for gas consumption. Guest access Guests have access to a living area with 3 windows (consisting of a living room with an open kitchen), a bathroom with a window (sink, toilet, bidet and chromotherapy shower) and 2 bedrooms; each bedroom has a window and is equipped with 1 full-size bed (140x190). The one in the second room is a loft with a large desk underneath. From the living area, a spiral staircase leads to the terrace on the upper floor, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Other things to note The Casa di Hyla is very sensitive to the aspects of environmental impact and energy saving, as well as to the care of the equipment to meet the needs of its customers; these are the main characteristics: - renovation with use of natural raw materials - furniture with recycled materials, - Wi-Fi internet - 39 "WiFiLED smart TV with satellite channels - keyless access with keypad - led RGB lighting in shower (chromotherapy).
