RV 5th Wheel Camper on a small small lake and 26 acres of woods. This is a use in place RV and is not available for relocation. Close to Duluth, Casinos, swimming and fishing lakes, snowmobile and ATV trails. Fall colors are spectacular. Easy access from highway yet a feeling of seclusion. This property surrounds 95% of a small lake. The locals call the lake Mirror lake. Some say its the stunning reflections or the way the lake is divided by an island. A second lake connected by a channel also has a name given to it by the Locals. The name has a storied past and is best explained in person. This property is ATV friendly. There are 100's of miles of riding trails that you can drive directly from the cabin. In terms of location the property is only 30 minutes from Duluth, 15 minutes from Moose Lake, 35 minutes from Hinckley. So if you have additional time available for a local brewery, casino (3), plays, movies, tours, etc you have plenty of options. There are three cabins and a 42-foot 5th wheel RV that on the property. All units share the lake and the island. The property has 27 acres and Guests are free to go anywhere on the property. I may or may not be at the second cabin during your stay. If I'm there, I know the area well and can be a tour guide if needed. This is a rural area. Lots and lots and lots of woods. Deer, owls, muskrats, ducks, geese, wild turkeys can occasionally be seen. You will hear occasional country sounds of a train in the background. Sorry, there is no Uber, Lyft, or taxi service. You will need your car. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and basic staples. Bathroom towels and bedding are provided. The RV is fully functioning the Summer months. The Monday following MEA weekend (3rd Thursday in October) the RV is winterized. During the remainder of October and November the RV is available for sleeping only (no running water or septic). This allows deer hunters to rent the cabin and have additional sleeping spots. The RV is ready for the summer season the first weekend in May. During April it is limited to sleeping only.
