The use of the terrace and pool is shared if other guests have booked. There is another room with a private bathroom on the other side of the property. If both rooms are booked, access to common areas will be exclusive to the group. Additionally, breakfast service, artisanal pizzas and Sangria, tinto de verano, juices, etc. are offered.
