Welcome to the "Raven's loft" ! With a subtle Ravenclaw house blue theme , it's a clean & cosy modern apartment , bright and tastefully decorated , without cluttering and very practical with all that you need for your stay. It's perfect for a visit to the Harry Potter Studio Tour and trips into London or if you are working in the area . we are 5 min drive from the Studios and 2 min walk from Garston Station with easy link into London and we offer free allocated parking. The space Welcome to our newly refurbished and spacious first-floor one-bedroom apartment, complete with its own private entrance and free parking. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is ideally located for visits to London, the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, and the surrounding area. To enhance the experience for Harry Potter fans, the apartment features artwork inspired by the beloved book series. For those working at Leavesden Studios, the property is just minutes away and offers excellent access to major road networks. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the lounge includes a sofa bed suitable for additional guests. Bedding for the sofa bed is provided but is not set up in advance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, fridge/freezer, as well as pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. We are family-friendly and can provide the following upon request: • Stair gate • High chair • Baby bath • Travel cot (guests will need to assemble the cot and provide their own bedding) For entertainment, the apartment offers cable TV and Chromecast. Free parking is available in the bays located in the small parking area immediately to the right as you enter (the first turning on the right, not the second). Any available space may be used. Travelling with a larger group? If your party exceeds four guests, we may be able to accommodate up to four additional guests at our nearby property, “The Film Studio Apartment” or the "Astronomy Lodge" both located just a 5-minute drive away. Well-behaved pets are welcome. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas and that muddy paws are cleaned before entering the apartment. Additional cleaning charges may apply if extra cleaning is required due to pet-related soiling or damage. Guest access The flat has its own front door and own access. You will have your own keys and can come and go as you please. Early Check-in from 1pm can be arranged with a single fee of £20 but it needs to be arranged in advance Late Check-out will be charged at 15£ per hour past 10.00am. Please ask us in both cases. Please note : We don’t offer access for bags drop off unless you request an early checkin , but the Warner Brother Studio Tour offers free Cloakroom for suitcases. Other things to note Please make sure to read the house manual and house rules to insure you can follow them and the place is suited for you , as any breech would result in a cancelation of your booking without a refund and a request to leave immediately and a uphold of your deposit.
