Cozy summer house within two minutes walking distance from the beach and the cozy boulevard. With free parking space (with charging station) in our driveway. Sleeps 1 to 3 people. The vacation home is reached through a private gate, giving you a lot of privacy. The beds are made for you upon arrival, and towels, toilet paper, coffee, and tea are provided. We look forward to hosting you and sharing this beautiful place with you! The space Living room with dining area and a corner sofa, which can be folded out as a sofa bed of 1.30 by 2.00 cm. Air conditioning that also works as heating, allowing you to get the vacation home to the ideal temperature in summer and winter. Furthermore, the cottage has fast WiFi and TV with channels (including commercial German channels) and Chromecast. In the bedroom, there is a double bed of 180 by 200 cm. Furthermore, there is a compact bathroom and kitchen, including a refrigerator, combi microwave oven, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Please note: there is no cooking facility or dishwasher available. In front of the cottage is a bistro set with 2 to 3 chairs. Guest access The summer cottage is completely for our guests. The front garden with bistro set is also for our guests. The summer cottage is in our backyard, but you can reach it through your own gate, so you can enjoy all the privacy. The parking space in our driveway can already be used on the day of arrival from 11:30 a.m. On the day of departure, the car must be moved at check-out to, for example, the Wantveld parking lot (paid parking, 1 minute walk from our house). Other things to note The cottage is about 30m2 and therefore most comfortable for 2 people. The sofa bed can be folded out, so that 1 extra person can sleep in the living room (blackout curtains are available everywhere). Of course, we provide made-up beds and towels. There are also games and a hair dryer in the cottage. The tourist tax of 2.45 p.p.p.n. must be paid in cash on site. It is possible to charge your car with us, you can inquire with us about the possibilities. Children/babies: unfortunately, there is no room for a crib (crib or camping bed) in the accommodation. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the accommodation.
