Luxurious central pool villa with hot tub and massage chair

You will have easy access to everything from this centrally-located villa. Båstad offers an active nightlife but also peaceful places & exclusivity. Enjoy a 200 m2 spacious semi-detached house as your starting point! There is a fireplace both outside and inside, hot tub, massage chair, jacuzzi indoors, trampoline, toys for children, spacious kitchen & plenty of patios for socializing. Walking distance to the sea & city center. Newly-built pool in 2024 of 3.5x6.5m with jetstream & pool roof. No loud parties allowed. The space There are two large bathrooms, one with shower and one with both shower, double sinks and jacuzzi tub. The distribution of the bedrooms is as follows; 1 bedroom with double bed plus the possibility of a crib (beige double bed with green sheepskin in the picture) 1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds (blue bedroom with bed and extra bed) 1 bedroom with two single beds (pink room with a 120 cm bed (some choose to sleep two in it, for example, an adult and a smaller child) and an extra bed) 1 bedroom with balcony has a double bed plus the possibility of a crib A sleeping loft with a U-shaped sofa that becomes a double bed when made up, i.e. space for 2 people, as well as two double beds on the sleeping loft, so a total of 6 people on the sleeping loft (air mattress & tent bed are available if desired, book for more than 15 people) In the living room on the lower floor, there is also the possibility of getting a tent bed as an extra bed, but they are only used when booked for more/maximum number of people if you do not want to share a bedroom, otherwise you have the entire lower floor as a social area with sofa, dining room furniture and massage armchair and fireplace and direct connection to the patio with firewood The kitchen has both a kitchen island with bar stools and a long table with plenty of chairs so everyone will have room. Guest access You can use all the spaces and patios that belong to the house but not the garage. The laundry room has cat access via a cat flap. The door to this must therefore be kept closed. The garden is large and for you to use. Note: we may be there and working in the garden if your stay is for a longer period!
