You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located villa. Båstad offers active outdoor life but also peaceful places & exclusivity. There is a fireplace both outside & inside, hot tub, massage chair, jacuzzi indoors, trampoline, toys for children, spacious kitchen & plenty of outdoor patios for socializing. Walking distance to the sea & city center. Newly built pool 2024 of 3.5x6.5m with jetstream & pool roof. No loud parties allowed. The space There are two large bathrooms, one with shower and one with both shower, double sinks and jacuzzi tub. The distribution of the bedrooms looks like the following; 1 bedroom with double bed plus possibility of crib (beige double bed with green sheepskin picture) 1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds (blue bedroom with bed and extra bed) 1 bedroom with two single beds (pink room with a 120cm bed (some choose to sleep two in the one for example an adult and a smaller child) and an extra bed) 1 bedroom with balcony has double bed plus possibility of crib A sleeping loft with a u-shaped sofa that becomes like a double bed when made up i.e. room for 2 people, as well as two double beds in the sleeping loft so a total of 6 people in the sleeping loft (air mattress & tent bed are in place if you want to book for more than 15 people) In the salon on the lower floor there is also the possibility to get a tent bed as an extra bed but they are only used when booked for more/max number of people if you do not want to share a bedroom otherwise, but then you have the whole downstairs as a living area with sofa hanging dining room furniture and massage armchair and fireplace and direct connection to the patio with fire possibility The kitchen has both kitchen island with bar chairs and long table with plenty of chairs so everyone should fit. Guest access You can use all the spaces and patios that belong to the house but not the garage. The laundry room has cat access to with via cat flap. The door of this one must therefore be kept closed. The garden is large and for your use. Please note that we may be there and fix the garden if your stay is longer!
