NEW Cabin Near Southern Utah's Best National Parks

The Deer Tracks Lodge is a new cabin that was just built in 2023. Nestled in the heart Duck Creek Village, this cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery on the expansive covered deck featuring a fire-table. Roast some s'mores outside, under the stars, while lounging around the fire. This cabin is centrally located near Utah's most popular natural attractions, including Zion, Bryce Canyon and many more. The space 🌲 Main Floor 🦌 The main level has a master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom. Relax in the living room on the comfortable couch while enjoying the picturesque views, or your favorite movie. Make your morning cup of coffee at the coffee bar and enjoy drinking it on the front deck to the sunrise over Bryce Canyon. The kitchen is properly equipped with all of your cooking needs. We have a fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, rice cooker, and more! We do not have a formal dining room. We have an outdoor dining table that seats 6 so you can enjoy your meals to the sights and sounds of the mountains. We have 2 barstools and a table in front of the window in the living room so you can enjoy your meals with views of Bryce Canyon. There are 5 additional barstools around the kitchen island. 🎮 Basement/ GAME ROOM 🕹️ Bring your A-Game! We have a LOADED game room! There are THREE arcade machines - Terminator 2, Golden Tee and a custom built arcade that has over 8,000 games. From classic arcade games, to Super Nintendo favorites to Nintendo 64 throw backs! Everybody is sure to have a blast in this room! 💥 There are 2 queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa bed (also queen-size) in the game room. There is an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed. All guests on this level will share a full-size bathroom that belongs in a spa! 🌲 Outside 🦌 This property is perfectly appointed on an expansive lot with ample parking that is surrounded by pine trees. On a clear night, you can see the Milky Way with your bare eyes. Bring a telescope if you want to do some serious stargazing! 💫🌌 You will enjoy the covered deck, fire-table and outdoor grills. We have a Traeger and a commercial-grade infrared Charbroil grill, perfect for cooking burgers, steaks, and more. Enjoy roasting s'mores around the firepit under the night sky! 🔥🪵 Enjoy fishing at nearby Navajo, Panguitch or Aspen Mirror Lake. Explore the hundreds of miles of hiking and ATV trails that Duck Creek Village has to offer. 🎣🥾 ‼️⚡️This property is equipped with a Generac generator that will power the entire house in the event of a power outage, which commonly occur in Duck Creek. Never let your family or friends be without power, heat or fun! ⚡️‼️ Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for the detached garage (Conex box) and the closet in master bedroom. Other things to note We highly recommend that you complete your grocery shopping before driving up the mountain, as there are very limited options for groceries on the mountain. The hardware store has a small grocery selection in case you forget any odds and ends, but I would not rely on this for your entire trip. There are restaurants in The Village and their hours vary depending upon the season. 🛒🍔 We allow house-trained, well-behaved dogs in our home. 75-pound weight limit. 2 small dogs totaling 75 pounds OR one large dog not to exceed 75 pounds. Dogs ONLY. No cats, fish, lizards, snakes, mini horses, pigs, etc. - sorry! 🐶 We do not stock firewood for the fire pit outside or propane for the fire table. We do stock propane for the grill. 🚨‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from October to April. NO exceptions! Please do not attempt to make it in 2WD with chains. We are at 8,500 feet on the top of a mountain. The roads could be 'clear' upon your arrival and a 2-foot storm can roll in overnight. You need to be prepared with 4WD ‼️🚨 You will have ample parking for you and your guests. We do have a parking spot for trailers, but we do not allow guests to camp in RVs outside. Guests are permitted to stay INSIDE of the property only. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, no exceptions.
