Condo near downtown Austin!

Enjoy your stay at our newly renovated, spacious condo in the Riverside neighborhood of Austin. The condo is centrally located within 3 miles of downtown/ACL, 6 miles to the airport and 10 miles from COTA. Our place sleeps up to 6 guests. Other things to note While this is a gated complex that is conveniently located to all the great things Austin has to offer — please be aware that the neighborhood is in a transitional period as most major cities are currently experiencing; Austin has a homeless problem. We lived in this complex for 4 years without incident, and have friends who live the community. All our neighbors are great and you're minutes away from all the fun things in the city. *The condo complex's exterior space is currently being renovated. Our specific unit was not impacted until recently: beginning in March 2025, exterior work will happen during the week days. The balconies have been removed (now currently an unavailable amenity) and the exterior siding is currently being replaced to match the rest of the units. The work on the exterior only takes place during the week days during the day time. The inside of our unit is not impacted by the exterior work.
