The space LOCATION Brunswick Heads is located along the Northern New South Wales Coast, 40 minutes from Coolangatta Airport or Ballina Airport. With Byron bay just 15mins away, you get the Byron vibe without the crowds. Private parking on the property: 4.4 metres wide and 8 metres long. A short walk from the hub of Brunswick, this laid back town offers live music in the famous local Brunswick Pub, diverse cafes and restaurants from awesome burgers to world class Japanese cuisine. ROOMS The Iconic A frame has been given a modern, cosy renovation. Organic mattresses thought the house: - King size bed in the master, gives you a luxurious night sleep, with a sunset view over the river. Fully air conditioned. - The back bedroom boast two King Singles or a double and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Fully air conditioned. - Downstairs bedroom is flexible to your needs: two singles or double bed option available. No air-con but there is a ceiling fan as downstairs remains cool all year round. BATHROOM Bathroom is equipped with a large shower. Sukin natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash on offer for the duration of your stay. Towels and sarongs for the beach are provided. Heated towel rack for comfort. Dryer and washing machine for practicality. LIVING SPACE Living room boasts an open plan kitchen creating a cosy dining atmosphere. Air-con through the whole space, fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and teas. Option to dine inside or outiside surrounded by our lush native sub-tropical greenery and view of the river. A large screen SMART TV for match days and family film night where everyone can gather on our comfy sofa. Family games provided to make family time special. Traveling with kids ? Rental (Brunswick Buccaneers) 5 minutes walking distance from the property. Within 5 min walk you will access 2 child friendly beaches (Torakina and Fairy beach) and the patrolled main beach (holidays and weekends). The surf is a 5 min walk from your back garden. Take a wave without the crowds of Byron bay and come back to the comfort of your cosy house. Rent a bike and enjoy the flat terrain of Brunswick Heads. Access to beautiful waterfalls and nature walks in our stunning sub-tropical region. Visit the local hub of Mullumbimby: 2 spas, famous farmer's market on Thursday morning and artisan cafes and boutiques. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden.
