Vineyard View Cottage/ Hot tub/ king bed/ birding

The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish. The space The vineyard view cottage has a full kitchen with coffee maker, living room, sleeps 2 with a king size bed, has a porch with a gas grill. The cottage porch faces our vineyard with the windmill in the background and pond in the distance. Our 10 acres is also our home on the front half of the property. We do not have our place kid proofed and therefore we are asking to not bring children on the premises as guests. Guest access The property is gated. The guests will have access to the dock at the pond, and with appointment, guests may have a tasting for fee, of our wines. We will also be glad to give tours of our winery. We are very proud to produce 100% Oklahoma Wines. All our wines come from our small vineyards, and end with the premier label of Estate Grown, Produced and Bottled by Nellis Vineyards. As always, we try to make time for the sunsets , hope you'll join us. Other things to note We share our property with 2 dogs, 2 horses, 1 cat as well as an abundance of birds (quail, road runners, blue birds, cardinals, etc.) and other wildlife.
