Our vacation rental is perfect for groups looking to stay in the Sierra Mountains. Our place offers: - 4 Br/3 bath 2000sf, 2 primary rooms with ensuite bathrooms, Upstairs w/ Cal King bed & private deck, downstairs w/ Tempur-pedic King bed - Updated kitchen w/ quartz counter tops - EV Charger - New heat & A/C, and fireplace The space Our family has been enjoying making memories here, and we hope to share some of those same joys with you. As you enter you will be welcomed into the open living room, which connects to the deck, dining room and kitchen. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready to have you cook up something delicious. Making coffee is a breeze with our Keurig combo coffee maker. As you head down the hall, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom on the first floor features a full ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and smart TV. You will also have access to the laundry room and garage from the first floor. The garage has an EV-charger for guest use. If you have a Tesla, please bring your adapter. Upstairs you will find a guest room that has a queen and twin bed, with a TV connected to a Fire TV stick. The second primary bedroom is also upstairs, with its own ensuite bathroom and private deck. There is plenty of room to share with family, friends, or co-workers and enjoy your stay. Guest access You will have full access to the entire home. Other things to note Weather can be unpredictable in the winter months, so during inclement weather such as snow or ice 4 wheel drive or tire chains may be required to get here. The HOA does plow the neighborhood and walkways, however road conditions cannot be guaranteed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
