Come stay in our cozy "F.R.O.G." (Furnished Room Over Garage). Our 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple's getaway (plus you can bring your furry friend too!) It's nestled in a peaceful location about a 5-minute drive from beautiful downtown Culpeper. The space We are excited to welcome you into our brand new 1-bedroom apartment, or as we like to call it, our "F.R.O.G." This apartment is located on our property on the second floor above our detached garage. This inviting apartment offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bedroom, and a large backyard for you and your furry friend. You will feel at home with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Culpeper! Amenities: - Pet-friendly (one pet only) - Keypad, contactless entry - Free high-speed Wi-Fi - Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen - Comfy king sized bed - Full bathroom with tub / shower - In-unit washer + dryer - Large walk-in closet - Outside deck with furniture and backyard Location: Settled in a serene neighborhood, this apartment offers a quiet escape about 5-minutes from downtown Culpeper. Your Hosts: Please note that your attentive hosts live in the house on the property, ensuring you have a stress-free and memorable stay. We promise to not make ourselves known, unless you need assistance. Guest access You will receive the keypad code 24 hours in advance of arrival. You will type in the 4–6-digit code then hit the "lock" icon to unlock the door. You will need to push the door open firmly. To lock the door, please pull the door firmly closed and hit the "lock" icon on the keypad. If you hear one beep, the door is locked. If you hear three beeps, the door is NOT locked. Do not lock the bottom handle from the inside or you will get locked out of the apartment. Other things to note One flight of stairs is required for entry (please see photos for the stairs). Your hosts have a dog (named Blue) that lives at the house on the premises. When outside for walks, he will be leashed.
