A piece of Mexico on the banks of the Berounka river

Once you've been to Mexico, you can't live without it. And they must have a piece of it at home. At home in the Křivoklát region. And sometimes that heartfelt piece grows and then it becomes a unique, stylish accommodation on the banks of the Berounka River, a short distance from the medieval Křivoklát Castle. The space KOUSEK MEXIKA Kousek Mexika was lovingly created in a 150-year-old stone house on the border of the villages of Křivoklát and Roztoky. It has an ideal location for short and longer trips. The house is located just a few steps from the Berounka River, less than two kilometers from Křivoklát Castle. WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO You can look forward to three stylishly furnished rooms. From the common hallway, you enter the hall and from there on. The large spacious room overlooks the forest side and sometimes it might seem that Frida Kahlo will soon enter the blue-yellow kitchen soon. A third person can sleep comfortably on the sofa. The airy bedroom is painted in pastel colors and faces south. The colorful bathroom shines with original hand-painted tiles from Mexico and will transport you to exotic lands. You have the whole apartment to yourself, we live in the other half of the house. Welcome to our little piece of Mexico! WHERE TO FIND US If you want to be in the heart of the action, we are in the heart of Křivoklát. You will find a piece of Mexico by the Berounka River right next to the large Křivoklát school. WHAT YOU'LL FIND NEARBY Křivoklát is a paradise for cyclists, boaters, pilgrims, fishermen, history lovers and many others. Right in front of the house begins an educational hiking trail to the lookout tower in Velká Buková. You can reach the famous Křivoklát Castle by walking less than two kilometers. The Berounka River flows under our garden, there is a beautiful grassy area by the water and a small boating camp opposite the river. In a few minutes upstream, you will reach the famous Hospoda U jezzu. A few kilometers away is the Branovský přívoz, a place where the spirit of the writer Ota Pavel still lives. And just a short distance away, the Hostinec U rozvědčíka, known from his books... the list of interesting things would be endless. Come and see for yourself.
