Sliding doors open onto a generous deck, showcasing sweeping ocean views. This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, featuring a dining table, relaxed lounge seating, and a gas BBQ for alfresco meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy self-catering, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, full-sized oven, kettle, filtered cold-water tap, and toaster. For added convenience, a separate laundry room sits directly opposite the kitchen. Along the hallway are three tastefully presented bedrooms. The master suite boasts a queen bed, double wardrobe, and captivating sea views. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed with ample wardrobe space, while the third bedroom includes two comfortable single beds—ideal for children or extra guests. The main bathroom features a shower-over-bath setup, and there is a separate toilet for guest convenience. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (well-behaved only). Please note the outdoor space, including the deck, is only partially fenced. Guests can make use of two private off-street parking spaces, with additional free street parking available nearby on Rangatira Road. Guest access This property offers 24-hour self check-in for your convenience, and you’ll have full, exclusive use of the entire house and outdoor areas during your stay. The home is set on a single level, with just a few steps leading up to the front entrance. Strictly NO PARTYING & NO SMOKING inside the property. $500 SMOKE REMEDIATION fee if you violate our NO SMOKING POLICY. BBQ - If you have used the BBQ during your stay, you have to clean it with the cleaning materials provided. If the BBQ is left dirty, a $55 extra cleaning fee will be collected.
