Whether you're discovering Lyon with family, friends, or for a business trip, this "Canut" is ideal: two independent bedrooms, mezzanine relaxation area, office area, separate toilet and bathroom and bright balcony. Enjoy this vibrant neighborhood on the slopes of Croix Rousse. The proximity to the city center will allow you to fully enjoy the city of Lyon. The space - A spacious apartment that has just been completely renovated and equipped, Type 3, 60 m2 on the ground floor + the mezzanine (10 m2) - The large living room and its fully equipped kitchen will seduce you with their character: a beautiful ceiling height (3.60 m) typical of the Canuts (former silk manufacturing workshop in Lyon), its wooden floor, large windows and balcony. - A pleasant office area is set up at the back of the living room. - The two bedrooms have a 140 cm/190 cm double bed and storage space. - A charming 10 m2 mezzanine will welcome you for a relaxing moment with a TV and a heater (height 1.55 m). - A second smaller mezzanine of 7 m2 (not accessible today) gives real depth to the apartment. - A separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine We provide all the laundry and make sure you have everything you need to feel "at home" (groceries, tea, coffee and toiletries, washing machine, clothes rack, dishwasher etc...). All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay. Guest access 1st floor (no elevator) Check-in is self-check-in and can be done from 5pm, as can checkout, which must be done before 11am. Parking is free between 7pm and 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays. There are public parking lots around the apartment. Transport: direct access from Part Dieu station (30 minutes) by C13 Stop 200 m from "Rouville" square (bus C13 and C18 + Lyon self-service bike station), 900 m from Croix Rousse metro station (line C) and 1 km from Hôtel de Ville metro station (lines A and C) Other things to note We regularly live in the apartment and offer it on Airbnb during our absences. Games for all ages are available on the mezzanine.
